RILEY BOTTON

Riley Botton grew up around the pool and showed an utmost dedication to swimming from a young age. She began her swimming career at Paseo Aquatics and ultimately swam competitively for 12 years up through the collegiate level. Attending Saugus High School, Riley was a 4-time Academic All-American and earned multiple CIF titles in the 50 and 100 free. Going on to compete for 4 years at the University of Arizona, Riley was a valuable team member, contributing to Big-12 Conference winning relays and qualifying for the D1 NCAA Championships in 2025 and 2026, earning 2 All-American Honorable Mentions.

Riley’s innate knowledge of the skills and dedication it takes to succeed in the swimming world will translate into her coaching career, as she has enthusiastically decided to give back to the team in which her journey began. Her experience with training and competing at the highest collegiate level has given her a deep understanding of stroke technique, race strategy, goal setting, and performance under pressure. Her coaching philosophy includes motivation through encouragement and building connections with each athlete to help them reach their fullest potential.
