Competitive Program
Paseo Aquatics offers three core programs that form the foundation of our nationally ranked competitive swim team: Age Group, Senior, and International. Together, these groups represent Paseo at the highest level of competition—locally, nationally, and internationally. Each program emphasizes skill development and age-appropriate training, ensuring athletes progress with purpose and balance. Paseo proudly competes as part of USA Swimming’s Southern California Swimming Region and Coastal Committee.
Age Group
Ages: 12 & Under
Our Age Group Program serves swimmers 12 and younger who are not yet in high school. Training emphasizes skill development, technique, and competitive readiness within a supportive team environment.
Seniors
Ages: 13-18
The Senior Program is designed for athletes 13 and older who are in middle school and high school. Practices focus on advanced training, race strategy, and preparing swimmers for competition.
