Head Coach Chris Dahowski recently completed certification in Mental Health First Aid for Youths, further demonstrating our commitment to the well-being of our team members.

Sleep deprivation can significantly affect athletic performance, leading to decreased energy, impaired decision-making, and hormonal imbalances. Prioritize rest and recovery for optimal performance.


Hydration Tips


Proper hydration is essential for optimal performance. Ensure adequate fluid intake throughout the day, especially during training sessions.

Season Breaks

Paseo Aquatics will officially go on break on July 31st for Juniors, Discovery, and athletes without a meet in the first week of August. Please note the restart dates for each program.
